actually my idea about the main index.html is not listing individual
packages, but just a general link to `SAGE_LOCAL/share/doc` for "more
stuff"... OK, I will open a separate ticket, and set this one to positive
review, as soon as my request for a message saying that docs were
installed (and where to) in `spkg-install` is honoured.
