 Indeed.

 I had forgotten thant #14653 had been reviewed already. Well, then you can
 fix it by replacing `DiGraph()` by `DiGraph(n)` in the source code of the
 new `TransitiveTournament`  method, formerly known at `Tournament` `:-)`
