 Wups ! Done (and uploaded)... I oversaw the relevant part of the
 developer's guide (had to upload Mercurial : this can't be done from Sage
 AFAICT).

 No explanation : R-3.0.1 is  a tag larger than R-2.15.2 but by about 2 MB.
