Nicolas and I believe that it is not a good idea to put everything (in
particular: stuff like `QuiverRep`) into the global namespace.
It may be a good idea to put Quiver into the global name space, because
Quiver is the entrance point for everything else. But if you want to
create a `QuiverRep`, then you should either create a quiver and then call
some method to create `QuiverRep` (this is the preferred way), or import
`QuiverRep` explicitly.
