The constructor of a quiver construct a Digraph with all the arguments set
to None by default. Unfortunately, it seems that boundary cannot be None.
If we change the __init__ with boundary=(), the plot function works.
We don't know exactly if this is really portable or not.
Also, note from Mathieu: DiGraph documentation disagrees with Graph
documentation about _boundary=None accepted or not. Also, certainly
DiGraphs constructor should not use a mutable list as a default argument.
