I have 5.10 and 5.11.beta3 with this spkg running and typesetting does not
work for published worksheets, I just see things like

<script type="math/tex">\newcommand{\Bold}[1]{\mathbf{#1}}\left[9,
18\right]</script>
}}}
Won't have time right now to figure out what triggers it, but will try in
a couple of days if nobody beats me to it. Still "needs work",
unfortunately... Is it maybe sanitation of worksheets to prevent scripts
from running?..
