Comment:
Patch uploaded. It uses mpmath to evaluate `log_gamma` in certain
circumstances, while the MPFR implementation is left intact for positive
reals (since it is faster). It also removes the `lgamma` and `lngamma`
functions which were deprecated four years ago with #6992.
