WTF?
When I just apply trac_14543_cycle_index_compositional_inverse.patch, the
doctests fail (with a recursion-depth-exceeded error, caused by
subtraction of lazy power series).
When I apply lazy_power_series-more_operations-nt.patch and then
trac_14543_cycle_index_compositional_inverse.patch, all doctests pass.
