Comment:

 The problem was in the `__call__` method of `CachedMethodCaller` in the
 case of a `CachedInParentMethod`: If we have a `CachedInParentMethod` then
 we need to tell the instance which the cached function needs to be called
 with.

 Anyway, needs review again.
