Comment:

 Straightforward special case implementation of `transpose`, `stack`,
 `submatrix` for `Matrix_modn_dense_template`, i.e., for
 `Matrix_modn_dense_float` and `Matrix_modn_dense_double`. The same
 optimization would probably benefit many other implementations.
