 I have uploaded a new version of the patch which makes three changes:

 1. Removes a spurious modification to the RST files.
 2. Adds a {{{define}}} method to {{{GroupCycleIndexSeries}}} which, like
 its cousin in {{{LazyPowerSeries}}}, allows for recursively-defined series
 to be computed.
 3. Adjusts the implementation of {{{composition}}} to make the previous
 work.
