elements support iteration, but not indexing, which is appropriate because
as ppurka said there is no real ordering on the expressions.

sage: F.<x,y> = FreeAlgebra(ZZ)
sage: g = x^5 * y^4 + 3
sage: for m in g:
....: print m
....:
(3, 1)
(1, x^5*y^4)
sage: list(g)
[(3, 1), (1, x^5*y^4)]
}}}
all works fine.
IMO this ticket should be closed.
