Here are some doc changes, but a lot of methods need OUTPUT as well as
INPUT. Remember how I said "I don't think I will suggest other
functionality..."? I was wrong. One thing that I realized that was
missing was a `duality_pairing` function. I have a patch to add this, but
I need to add documentation yet. I'll try to do this shortly.
