I'd say extend the treatment of GLIBC 2.15 in [attachment:glibc-2.15.diff]
(i.e. treat it as 2.14) to GLIBC 2.16 and 2.17.
A quick google search seems to show it is enough and has been adopted by
various distribs.
But We should surely have a look at valgrind svn first to see if GLIBC >
2.15 needs more specific treatment...
