 A related question: Shouldn't `copy(G)` return `G`, if `G` is immutable?
 Currently, we have
 {{{
 sage: g = graphs.CompleteGraph(400)
 sage: gi = Graph(g,data_structure="static_sparse")
 sage: copy(gi) is gi
 False
 }}}
 Moreover, `copy(gi)` takes a lot of time.
