#5975: Implement latex output for (combinatorial) graphs
--------------------------+-------------------------------------------------

For a graph g the command latex(g) has not been implemented. The tkz-
graph package provides latex commands for drawing graphs in a variety of
ways. So rather than outputting a graphic image, this command would
output latex commands that could be incorporated into latex documents.
This originated in this [http://groups.google.com/group/sage-
devel/browse_thread/thread/834be3b28bd7919f thread] on sage-devel. The
tkz-graph package is described [http://altermundus.com/pages/graph.html
here] and more can be found [http://graphtheoryinlatex.blogspot.com/
here].
