Here's a stupid git question: what command do I give to check out this
branch? I mean, if I'm on an OS X Mavericks system and I don't have a
working copy of Sage with the git devel tools, I can't just do `./sage
-dev …`, but there must be some git command using the branch name or
something. So what is it?
