Then it would be clear exactly what is what.

should refer to the date of the database, to reduce such confusion. The
date of today when you packaged the database is not relevant for anything.
ok, I will change it to what you suggested. This will mean renamed
upstream tarballs and so possibly also checksums. And a second ticket to
update both to include the 2007 fixes.
