Just to make sure: We have three commits, namely one that corresponds to
the original patch, your review changes, and then my commit adding one
doctest?
For the record, I agree with your review changes. But after all, you are
the reviewer, not I. If you think the code is fine and if all tests pass
after merging the develop branch, I'd not oppose to let this be positively
reviewed.
