Frederic: thanks a lot, but I think the LodayRonco reference is confusing
and there should be a warning about it. I don't see them defining "over"
and "under"; I see them defining two operations called "left and right
product", denoted \succ and \prec. Are they the same operations? Either
way, it would be better to also add the "Order structure on the algebra of
permutations and of planar binary trees" reference.
