 own shell prompt.

 My point is that in my .bashrc file, I've already customized my shell
 prompt for use with `sage -sh`, and these changes override my
 customizations. It seems bad to force a choice of prompt on users. (I'm
 talking about the machines where `SHELL=/bin/bash`, by the way.)
