 on SuSE Linux, with 6.1.1-x86-lib64-fedora binary:
 {{{
 $ cd sage-6.1.1-x86_64-Linux
 $ make
 (builds manual)
 $ ./sage -dev checkout --ticket 15482
 ...
 $ make
 (builds mpc, ppl...)
 }}}

 How can I avoid this? It's supposed to be a complete binary!
