I've done some more edits.
Viviane or Frederic, before I move on, can you confirm to me that the
relation between Tamari interval-posets and Tamari intervals is precisely
what I've written? (I'm specifically unsure of the "preimage" statement,
which doesn't seem to be stated anywhere explicitly -- it's a stronger
assertion than that the binary trees of these linear extensions form a
Tamari interval.) Also, I hope my "complement" doesn't conflict with your
notation.
