Nicolas ThiƩry suggested deprecating `R[n]` in favor of `R.unrank(n)` at
least when `R` is a ring (see
http://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/8389#comment:13), and I tend to agree. If
you don't, could you please leave a comment at #15885?
