Okay, here we can just do all fixes for any remaining libraries which for
[http://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/16017#comment:39 whatever]
[http://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/16017#comment:42 reason] don't have the
right [https://groups.google.com/d/msg/sage-release/q1DPhL8WQiM/tXZs-
byQBRUJ install_name].
R will be needed for rpy to build; Pari isn't immediately necessary but
probably a good idea, assuming the fix doesn't break anything.
