I've fixed the first one. However tab completion, `?`, and `??` all work
fine for me. From the error message, it looks like something is messed up
with your ipython (or, less likely, sphinx).
`crystals.KirillovReshetikhin` is a general entry point to create KR
crystals, whereas `crystals.kirillov_reshetikhin` is a catalog of the
models for KR crystals. I've changed the function
`KirillovReshetikhinCrystal` to be the entry point function in the
catalog. I've also moved the `kir_resh.RiggedConfigurations` into
`rigged_configurations.py` and fixed the doc error.
