The commit I just uploaded removes a "todo" from combinat.py, saying that
a MOLS command should be exposed from GAP (package guava). I remove it for
its documentation (http://www.gap-
system.org/Manuals/pkg/guava-3.12/htm/chap5.html#X81B7EE4279398F67) says
that this function can only return MOLS of size `qxq` when `q` is a power
of a prime number, in which case the code from
`designs.mutually_orthogonal_latin_squares` already implement the best
result possible (i.e. n-1 MOLS).
