Previously, initial states were not taken into account.
As the output is in tikz, the parameter choosing the direction of the
arrow indicating the initial state follows tikz' notations. Thus,
{{{initial_where}}} can be set to one of
{{{"below"}}}, {{{"above"}}}, {{{"left"}}}, {{{"right"}}}.
