I converted the latest patch into a Git branch; there were some conflicts
that I hopefully resolved correctly, and all doctests pass.
Would it make sense to call the new module `isogeny_char_zero` instead of
`ell_isogeny_char_zero`? There is also `isogeny_small_degree`; it would
be nice if we could avoid having modules with three different prefixes
(`isogeny*`, `ell_isogeny*` and `ell_curve_isogeny*`)...
