 Nicolas: Thanks for this and sorry for not noticing the ridiculous
 an_example method myself! I've pushed a response commit. I am still not
 happy with your edit on the graded issue because it feels like you are
 trying to brush the actual bug under the rug. The current use of `dual` is
 *wrong* and an abuse of functorial construction; as you have seen by my
 comment, it caused me to misunderstand things. It will have to be fixed
 (`Algebras().Duals()` will no longer be `Coalgebras()`, and the duals of
 combinatorial Hopf algebras will be called using `graded_dual()`), but for
 now it really ought to have big red warning signs around it.
