I've rebased this off the latest #10963. I've also added back in the
import statement in `categories/weyl_groups.py` in order for the
`pieri_factors.py` tests to pass. I believe this was removed prior to my
merge, so I'm asking for someone (probably with coxeter3 installed) to
double-check everything works.
