New description:

 Fix small bug in G.strong_orientation() by replacing
 {{{d.has_edge(e[0].e[1]) }}}
 with
 {{{d.has_edge(e[0],e[1])}}}

 The bug causes G.strong_orientation() to fail for G a multigraph.
