The following returns an error:

sage: sr=RootSystem(['A',6,2]).weight_lattice().simple_roots()
sage: sr[0].symmetric_form(sr[1])
...
TypeError: no conversion of this rational to integer
}}}
There is no error if we use the root_lattice.
