IANAL either, this is a [http://opensource.org/licenses/BSD-3-Clause
Modified BSD License], which is GPL-compatible according to the
[https://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#ModifiedBSD FSF] (see also
[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BSD_licenses#3-clause wikipedia]). So it is
OK to have it as a standard spkg, right ?
