if there already was public/16295 branch you'd rather pushed there. But
there was none. You can't push into someone else's branch. only into
public/ ones.
I thought that that if there was a way for me to write to the patch's
branch then having to create another is inoptimal, but if this is how it
works then that it is no problem.
