was refactoring a lot in `sage.combinat.*`. It definitely makes sense to
have at least a portion of it. I will have a look.
I don't really have time right now to keep going through that, as much as
I'd like to. +1 on getting this in. I don't remember if I had any
(partial) removal of `CombinatorialClass` in `combination.py`,
`subset.py`, or `subwords.py` to give as a starting point, but I don't
think I did. However if you have any problems with doing this, I might
have some answers so feel free to ask.
