 AHahahah. Funny doctest. I was actually thinking that "indeed, this
 function is used a LOT in the code, but that it is only tested on True
 instances. With your doctest, it makes it a bit more interesting than

 {{{
 def is_orthogonal_array(*args):
     return True
 }}}
