Replying to [comment:13 Stefan]: Just finished using pep8. The file
matroids_plot_helpers.py is now pep8 compliant. Some doctests are still
failing. These are the bugs that probably came in when I added the limits
tracking feature. [72 tests, 9 failures, 1.32 s]
