The patch fixes a problem. The problem is that an exception is catched and
replaced by a message error which is misleading. The solution is simply to
reraise the error if an error occurs. If no error occurs, then more tests
are done as before.

The patch does not remove any file. What do you mean?

Because an {{{"ImportError"}}} is already enough. I do not need to be more
specific.
