animations are automatically displayed, much like images and animated GIFs
are now. I would love to be able to create Theora or WebM videos with the
`animate()` command and have them automatically displayed.
See #16533 for a branch which does add the video tag, backed by ffmpeg. It
also restores animation embedding in general, which appears to be broken
at the moment, and it adds support for APNG as well.
