Hi Nathann,
As I completely rewrote the infrastructure it does not make much sense to
have separated commits. I decided to implement a `t_design_parameters` (as
a cached method) and a `is_t_design`. It is much more readable that way.
I am not sure what to do with the caching of degrees... for sure we do not
want to do it on startup. And for now, as the datastructure is still in
basic state I vote for keeping it the way it is. If we will cache it in
the future then we should remove the `@cached_method` on
`t_design_parameters`.
