 clear, by mentioning that here we follow hypergraph terminology at these
 points (and adding an incidence structure equivalent if known...)?
 Otherwise it looks too confusing.

 I just updated a commit. Tell me if you found other occurrences of words
 that should be changed.

 Remember that two of the new functions are private ones, though, so it is
 not thaaaaaaat bad either.
