Looks good. I'm attaching a referee's patch with trivial fixes. Now, if I
don't have tkz-graph and/or tkz-berge installed, running {{{view(g)}}}
produces a warning and then a dvi file with gibberish (if from the
command-line) or an error about an unknown environment tikzpicture (in the
notebook). I don't think this is terrible since the warning is printed,
but should latex do anything at all in this case, or do something more
innocuous? I'm willing to leave it as is, and then if you want, you can
change it in a future revision.
If my little patch is okay, change to a positive review.
