On pages 159-160 of Craig Finch's [http://www.packtpub.com/hardware-and-
creative/sage-beginners-guide Sage beginner's book], he points out that
matplotlib has the
[http://matplotlib.org/examples/pylab_examples/polar_demo.html usual polar
plot setup]; some of us might even remember plotting on
[http://www.printablepaper.net/category/polar_graph such graph paper] by
hand...
Anyway, this should be made available in Sage as well.
