Good point, but from my testing this is completely independent of your
changes, so shouldn't hold this up. Probably it's because the notebook
displays whatever files it finds, but in this case the previous one is
likely not destroyed or perhaps it's numbered differently or something.
Can you open an issue there about this (assuming there isn't already one
open here on Trac or there on github)?
