 All right...

 I put constructions for OA(10,1048), OA(11,1524) and OA(12,3362) at
 `u/vdelecroix/16662`. And by the way, I wrote a function which compute the
 set of new values you get by using this construction... should I add it
 somewhere? It is not exactly a `find_XXX` function, it go the other way
 around: play with parameters m,n,a,b,c,d and see if the m*n+a+b+c+d you
 obtain is already available.
