Comment (by rws):
Another bug: special values apply only to integer `n`, as `T(1/2, 0)`
shows, where the formula for `n==0` in `_eval_special_values_()` gives
complex values, while the correct result is `1/sqrt(2)`. So, assumptions
have to be checked or the function restricted to `n in ZZ`.
