Ooooooooh, I hadn't noticed the original was a .gz and not a .bz2! Indeed,
no wonder that didn't work... I had only seen the Sphinx vs sphinx.
I'll probably give it a try later today, to see exactly how much work is
involved in fixing that ticket. I'm quite interested in getting docutils
upgraded, and this is a prerequisite!
