this thread on sage-devel] the bug has nothing to do with algebraic
closure of finite fields.
Nevertheless, the algorithm which I implemented at a first glance was
wrong so:
- either I move the branch to another ticket
- or I open a new ticket for the bug about factorization of polynomials
over finite fields
