Seriously? It did build for me, even though I did `make distclean` after
making the makefile make `omalloc_ndebug` instead of `omalloc`.

The name `tesths.cc` suggests that this is for testing. So, did you build
with `SAGE_CHECK` and `SAGE_DEBUG` together?
